SHOOT OGAWA was born in Tokyo, Japan, where he discovered his love for magic at the age of 10. By the time he was 17, he had traveled to the United States and won the First Place award for Stage Magic at the St. Louis Magic Jubilee. That was the start of a long list of prizes and accolades that Shoot has earned while developing his art and visiting over 40 countries around the world. In both 2008 and 2009, Shoot was awarded the Academy of Magical Arts' Parlour Magician of the Year award. His reputation spread worldwide when he was invited to participate as guest performer at The World Championship of Magic / "FISM" - the Olympics of magic - in 2009, in China; 2012, in the United Kingdom; and 2018 in the Republic of Korea.
