When?
Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021 Noon to 4 p.m. Who? Open to all magic clubs in the Chicagoland area including, but not limited to, I.B.M. Ring 43, S.A.M. Assembly 148, Knights of Sleights, etc. Food This is a potluck event and bringing additional grill items or a dessert/dish to share is encouraged. S.A.M. Assembly 3 will provide the picnic shelter, propane grills, propane, hot dogs, buns, chips, condiments, soft drinks, water, plates, cups, cutlery, sound system, signage, games and equipment. What should I bring? Bring whatever you need to be comfortable at a picnic: picnic clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, extra folding chairs, etc. Where? Caldwell Woods, Picnic Shelter #1 6350 W. How do I register?
Register HERE A PayPal link will be included in your confirmation email. Cost $10 per-person (pre-registered) or $15 on event day. Children 12 and under are free. The participation fee is per-guest, not per family or couple. The fee includes participation in both the picnic and the games but participation in the games is voluntary. |

From I-90, take exit 82A onto Nagle Ave. Turn left on Nagle Ave. Turn right on Devon Ave. Destination will be on your left. Parking Parking available at park entrance, Milwaukee and Devon. Public Transportation For directions using public transportation visit www.transitchicago.com.
