HOW TO JOIN SAM3

To become a member of SAM3, you will need to complete this membership application and bring it to one of our monthly meetings. Your application will need to be signed by a current member in good standing, who will act as your sponsor (click here to see our current roster). At that time, you will need to bring checks for local and national dues.

As a new member, you will need to write a local-dues check for $15 made out to “SAM Assembly 3” and a national-dues check for $65 made out to the “S.A.M.”

The above dues include a one-time $15 Initiation Fee. In following years, your dues will amount to $65 total.
